Overview

Spalding University is located in Louisville, Kentucky, United States. It was established in 1814 as Catherine Spalding College. It was named after the founder of the Sisters of Charity of Nazareth. In 1969, Nazareth College, which was founded in 1814, merged with Catherine Spalding College and was renamed Spalding College. It gained university status in 1984 and adopted its present name. Spalding offers an array of graduate and undergraduate degrees and certificate programs through the following schools and college:
