Spartanburg Community College, formerly known as Spartanburg Technical College, is also referred to as SCC. The name of the college was changed in 2006. It is a two-year college located in Spartanburg, South Carolina. The college has other campuses, which are Central Campus, Cherokee County Campus and Tyger River Campus. This college offers its students certificates, diplomas and associate degrees in a wide range of subjects for the convenience of students including business, education, health and medical services, engineering and technology. Spartanburg Technical College campus covers more than 100 acres.
Spartanburg Community College offers a wide variety of clubs and organizations on campus for its students that are linked to arts, academics, recreation, and sports.
