Overview

St. Clair County Community College, also known as SC4, is situated in Port Huron, Michigan. Its main campus is in Port Huron but it also operates a number of learning centers located in Imlay City, Algonac, Yale, Peck, and Bad Axe. It is a two-year community college offering Associate’s, Bachelor's, and Master's degrees in wide areas of study. It was originally established as Port Huron Junior College and was given its present name in 1967.

SC4 has an active student life and the student government promotes several activities. It is home to a number of clubs and organizations including the Engineering Club, the Environmental Concerns Organization, and the Global Awareness Club. It runs a student-run newspaper named Erie Square Gazette. SC4 participates in a wide variety of sports including volleyball, baseball, and golf.
