St. Joseph's College of Nursing at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center was established in 1898. The St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center itself was founded in 1869 by the Sisters of the Third Franciscan Order. The College of Nursing is located in Syracuse, New York.
St. Joseph's College of Nursing at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center offers Associate of Applied Science degrees with a major in nursing. The college also has a partnership with Le Moyne College in Syracuse through which programs in liberal arts and sciences are provided. In addition, students can pursue a dual degree in nursing that allows them to earn both an associate’s as well as a bachelor’s degree.
A wide variety of student services are provided. Financial assistance is available through a number of State grants and loans and the college also offers work/study opportunities to the students.
