St. Mary's Seminary & University

St. Mary’s Seminary and University, located in Baltimore, Maryland, was established in 1791 as a Roman Catholic seminary and was officially chartered by the Maryland state authorities in 1805. The college, which was given its present name in 1974, has a 40-acre campus. The university offers bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degree programs related to religious studies. Licensure programs are also offered to students. Prospective students can choose from courses such as theology, church ministries and divinity.

St. Mary’s Seminary and University has the following academic divisions:

• Ecumenical Institute of Theology
