Overview

State University of New York College of Agriculture and Technology at Cobleskill, also known as SUNY Cobleskill, is located in Cobleskill, New York, United States. It was established in 1916 as Schoharie State School of Agriculture. After a few name changes, the college settled on its present name in 1966. SUNY Cobleskill is one of the original campuses of the State University of New York system, which was organized in 1948. It is beautifully nestled in an area of approximately 750 acres in Cobleskill. The college also has about 10 residence halls for its full-time students. SUNY Cobleskill is made up of the following academic units:

  • School of Liberal Arts and Sciences

SUNY Cobleskill is a member of the National Junior College Athletic Association and competes in the National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division III. Their sports teams are known as the Fighting Tigers.
