Swainsboro Technical College

Located in the city of Swainsboro, Georgia, the Swainsboro Technical College (STC) was set up in 1963 as the Swainsboro Area Vocational and Technical School. The name was changed to Swainsboro Technical Institute in 1987 and finally came to be known by its current name since October 2000. The college has a campus area of around 30 acres. The Swainsboro Technical College, offers the students with associate’s degrees, diploma and certificate programs in business, industry and education based areas. The college has the facility of off/on campus learning programs for both day and night batches.

STC offers the students with a vibrant campus life and has various events and student clubs such as Spring FLING, Fall festival, National Technical Honor Society, SYNTAX computer club and forestry club. The college also has a student leadership council.
