Overview

Tabor College is a 4-year, private, Christian liberal arts college, in Hillsboro, Kansas that was founded by the members of the Krimmer Mennonite Brethren and Mennonite Brethren Christian churches in 1908. It is presently owned by the Mennonite Brethren Church. The college offers more than 25 undergraduate majors in diverse areas of study including history, English, medical technology, and chemistry.

Tabor College has a variety of on campus clubs and organizations including the Business Club, the Multicultural Student Union, the Science Club, and the Student Music Association. The sports teams, which are nicknamed the Bluejays, participate in more than 10 sports, including football, soccer, volleyball, cross country, basketball, softball, baseball, tennis, and track and field.

Some of the Tabor College scholarships include the Presidential Scholarship, the Dean’s Scholarship, the Honors Scholarship, and the Achievement Scholarship. The college participates in several federal financial aid programs like Academic Competitiveness Grants (ACG), National SMART Grants, Supplemental Educational Opportunity Grants, and Parent Loans for Undergraduate Students (PLUS).
