The University of Texas Medical Branch, also referred to as UTMB, is located in Galveston, Texas, United States. It was established in 1891 and is part of the University of Texas System. UTMB spreads across a 350-acre campus. More than 500 postgraduates and over 2,000 undergraduates enroll in the university every year.
