Overview
Thomas University, TU, was established in 1950. This private, coeducational, non-sectarian university is situated in Thomasville, Georgia and offers undergraduate, graduate and certificate programs of study. Courses are available in business administration, education, counseling, and nursing, among others. The university also provides adult education courses, and online learning opportunities.
Students of Thomas University are involved in a variety of clubs and organizations. Among those available on campus are the Association of Social Workers, the Baptist Student Union, Delta Club, TU Student Counseling Association, Thomas University Business Association, Professional Management Association, and the Geology Science Club. TU also sponsors athletics teams in baseball, softball, soccer, and golf. The teams are nicknamed the Night Hawks.
