Overview

Tidewater Community College, also referred to as TCC, is a community college located in the South Hampton Roads region of Virginia, United States. It is part of the Virginia Community College System. The College was originally established in 1968 and received its name in 1969.

It has multiple urban and suburban campuses in the cities of Chesapeake, Norfolk, Portsmouth, and Virginia Beach. The Portsmouth campus is the newest campus of the College, established in 2008. The College also offers a distance learning program.
