Overview

Tri-State University was renamed Trine University in 2008 in order to represent itself as a premier private institution. Trine University is a private university located in Angola, Indiana. The university was founded in 1884, and today its campus covers more than 400 acres. It offers over 30 programs on the undergraduate, graduate and professional levels in subjects like engineering, mathematics, science, computer science and communication. It is organized into several academic schools:

  • Franks School of Education
  • Jannen School of Arts and Sciences
  • Ketner School of Business
  • School of Professional Studies

The Cycling Club, Delta Chi and Drama Club are some of the onsite clubs operated by the students.
