Overview

Trinity International University, commonly known as TIU, is located in Deerfield, Illinois, United States. It was created in the year 1897. A wide variety of degrees are granted to students through the following academic divisions:

  • Evangelical Divinity School
  • Graduate School
  • Law School
  • Trinity College

The sports teams of Trinity International University-Deerfield are nicknamed the Trojans. The athletics department fields men's teams in basketball, baseball, soccer, and football, and women's teams in soccer, basketball, volleyball, and softball. The university is also home to several student clubs and organizations including the College Union, Kappa Delta Pi, Student Government Association, Trinity Ambassadors, and Psi Chi.

Room and Board

Trinity International University provides on-campus housing for 1,087 of its 1,452 (full-time) students (as of 2009-2010). The school requires freshmen to live on campus.

Athletics

School sports include football (Mid-States Football Association), basketball (Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference), baseball (Chicagoland Collegiate Athletic Conference), and track ().
