Overview
The Union Theological Seminary and Presbyterian School of Christian Education, also known as Union-PSCE, is a theological school located in Richmond, Virginia. Union Seminary was established in 1812 as the theological department of Hampden Sydney College, located near Farmville, Virginia. In 1898, the seminary was relocated to Richmond in Virginia. The school has an additional campus in Charlotte, North Carolina. The institute confers several master’s and doctoral degrees to students in varied fields of study, including theology, philosophy and divinity, among others.
