The University of Alaska Southeast, also referred to as UAS, is located in Juneau, Alaska, United States. The university was established in the year 1972. It has other campuses in Ketchikan and Sitka. The Juneau campus was formed in the year 1980. Students are offered degrees and certificate programs in various areas of study such as biology, business administration, and sociology.
