Overview

University of Bridgeport, also known as BU, was established in 1927. It is a non-sectarian, private university in Bridgeport, Connecticut. The University grants graduate levels in arts and science and several professional degrees. The main campus covers an area of more than 50 acres. With students from different communities, states and countries the university records an enrollment of over 3,000 students. The university consists of the following schools, colleges and institutes:
