Overview

The University of New Mexico-Taos is a public university located in Taos, New Mexico. The university was founded in 1889. UNM-Taos offer bachelor's, master's, doctoral and professional degree programs in diverse areas of study, including the arts, sciences, business administration and engineering. UNM-Taos is organized into several schools and colleges:

  • School of Engineering

UNM-Tao sponsors many clubs and organizations for its students, including Alpha Chi Omega, Alpha Kappa Delta, the Capoeira Club, Club Tennis and After Class. The university also publishes several student run newsletters and magazines.
