Overview

The University of Puget Sound, also known as UPS or Puget Sound, is a private, liberal arts college located in the North End of Tacoma, Washington, United States. It was established in 1888. The campus spreads across an area of more than 95 acres. UPS offers Bachelor of Arts, Bachelor of Science, Bachelor of Music, Master of Arts in Teaching, Master of Education, Master of Occupational Therapy, and Doctor of Physical Therapy degrees. The university is organized into several departments and schools. The graduate schools are:

Puget Sound has an active Greek life. The campus is home to several fraternities and sororities. There are also many student clubs and organizations.
