Overview

The University of San Diego is a Roman Catholic university located in San Diego, California. It was chartered in 1949 and opened its doors to students in 1952 as the San Diego College for Women. The university offers over 60 degrees at the bachelors, masters, and doctoral levels. It is organized into the following academic units:
