University of the Cumberlands is located in Williamsburg, Kentucky, United States. It was established in 1889 as the Williamsburg Institute. After a few name and status changes, it finally became a university in the year 2005. Students can obtain degrees in various areas of study including business administration, education, science, music, and general studies.
University of the Cumberlands houses a number of student clubs and organizations. Some of them are the Fellowship of Christian Athletes, Beta Beta Beta, Patriot Adventure Club, Mountain Outreach, Swing Dance Society, Student Government Association, and Council for Exceptional Children. Some of the university's notable alumni are Bert T.
