The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is a co-educational, public, state university. It is situated in Green Bay, Wisconsin. It is a part of the University of Wisconsin system. UW-Green Bay was established in 1965. The university grants admission to more than 6,000 students every year.
The University of Wisconsin-Green Bay is comprised of the following colleges:

The athletics teams of UWGB are nicknamed the Green Bay Phoenix. Students of UW-Green Bay participate in golf, skiing, cross country, soccer, basketball, softball, tennis, swimming & diving and volleyball. The university also has a pep band, a cheerleading squad and a dance team.
