Overview
The University of Wisconsin Oshkosh, also known as UW Oshkosh or UWO, is a public university located in Oshkosh, Wisconsin, United States. It was established in 1871 as Oshkosh State Normal School. It became part of the University of Wisconsin System in 1971. The university offers both bachelor and master degrees in more than 70 programs. UWO is organized into the following academic divisions:

UWO has an active Greek life. It is home to several student clubs and organizations. Some of them are Alpha Xi Delta, Beta Alpha Psi, Beta Theta Pi, German Club, Kappa Sigma Fraternity, and Nontraditional Student Organization (NTSO). The sports teams of the university are nicknamed the Titans.
