The Utica School of Commerce is a private business college located in Utica, New York. It was established in 1896 by Thomas J. Risinger. USC opened its Madison County branch and Oneonta branch in 1985. In 2002, the school introduced wireless technology to its campuses. The institute offers a wide variety of programs in diverse areas of study like business administration, health services management, microcomputer technologies and legal office assistance, along with several other certificate programs.
The Utica School of Commerce has an active student life. The institute also offers financial aid in the form of several institutional loans, grants and scholarships.
