Overview
Valley Forge Christian College was established in 1931. It is a private institution located in Phoenixville, Pennsylvania. The institution was previously known as the Summer Bible School and was founded by J. Roswell Flower. The institution awards a number of associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in a wide variety of subjects. Courses are also offered in adult learning and special study programs.
Valley Forge Christian College’s campus is home to several student-run clubs and organizations, including the Student Government Association, the Teen Challenge Ministry, the Homeless Ministry, the Science & Faith Society and The Political Forum.
The school also has a campus located in Woodbridge, Virginia (VFCC WC), situated ten miles from the Capital Beltway, that offers day and evening courses. The school's campus reports that the costs of education for its students are significantly lower than many other accredited four-year private Christian colleges.
