Overview

Waldorf College is a 4-year liberal arts college, in Forest City, Iowa. Waldorf was established by The Reverend C. S. Salveson in 1903. The college offers more than 30 majors and minors which lead to the Bachelor of Arts degree (B.A.). Waldorf's offers programs in wellness, communications, biology, education, math, English, psychology, history, creative writing, social science, and theatre.

Waldorf College has several clubs and organizations including Waldorf Historia, Alpha Chi, the Global Culture Club, the Amnesty International Club, and the Ski Club. The sports teams of the college are known as the Warriors. Roughly 40 international students from almost fifteen countries attend the college every year. Waldorf College houses the Luise V. Hanson library which has a volume capacity of 100,000.
