Overview

Walters State Community College is a state-supported community college located in Morristown, Tennessee. It was established in 1970. The college was named after former United States Senator Herbert S. Walters. WSCC operates four campuses. It also operates satellite branches in Sevierville, Greeneville and New Tazewell. It enrolls more than 5,000 students annually.

WSCC’s campuses are home to several student clubs and organizations, including the Baptist Collegiate Ministry, Ecology Club, Drama Club and the Student Folklore Club.
