Overview

Washington & Jefferson College, also known as W&J, was established in 1781. It is a private college co-educational college of liberal arts and is located in Washington, Pennsylvania. The campus of the college spreads across an area of 60-acre. W&J provides a wide range of major and minor degrees in various streams of studies including International Business, Information Technology Leadership, Industrial Chemistry, Management and others. Several pre-professional and special programs are also available as well.

The Washington & Jefferson College hosts more than 60 active clubs and organizations runs by students. These are Bottega Art Club, Franklin Literary Society, W&J Men's Soccer Club, and W&J Student Theatre Company among others. The college has an active Greek life and is home to national fraternities and sororities like Phi Gamma Delta, Phi Kappa Psi, and Phi Beta Kappa.
