West Virginia Career Institute

The West Virginia Career Institute is currently known as the Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology. It is a branch campus of the West Virginia Junior College, which was established in 1922. PIHT is a private, two-year institution located in Mount Braddock, Pennsylvania. The institute offers associate’s degree programs in medical assistance, information technology, accounting and executive office administration. Apart from theory classes, the institute provides practical training to its students as well. PIHT also offers several computer-based certificate courses.

The Pennsylvania Institute of Health and Technology offers more than 10 partial scholarships to its students, covering 25% of the tuition fees for some applicants. The institute’s career placement office offers resume writing, job seeking and interview skill assistance.
