Overview

The Western Nevada College was established in 1971. The various campuses of the college are situated in Carson City, Fallon and Minden.

Western Nevada College also has a number of centers in addition to its main campuses:

Western Nevada College offers several associate degrees and certificate programs in different areas of study like communications and fine arts, business and computer technology, mathematics, science, technology, social science, education, nursing and allied health, humanities, engineering and public service.

WNC’s sports teams are known as the Wildcats. They take part in sports like softball and baseball.
