Overview

William Penn University is a private, liberal arts university located in Oskaloosa, Iowa, United States. It was established in 1873 as Penn College by members of the Religious Society of Friends. The name was changed to William Penn College in 1933. It finally became William Penn University in 2000. William Penn University offers various major and minor academic programs in addition to leadership courses. The college is organized into various academic divisions that include:

Students may purchase a meal plan which includes 19 meals weekly.

Athletics

School sports include football (Mid-States Football Association), basketball (Midwest Classic Conference), baseball (Midwest Classic Conference), and track (Midwest Classic Conference).
