Overview
Windward Community College, also known as WCC, is beautifully nestled in Kaneohe, Hawaii, United States. It was founded in 1972 and is one of the branches of the University of Hawaii system. It offers more than ten degrees and vocational training programs. WCC also offers a number of scholarship programs such as the UH Centennial Scholarship, WCC Achievement Scholarship, Barbara Kahana Scholarship, and many more. It is organized into the following academic departments:

- Social Sciences Department
WCC has several student clubs and organizations which are governed by the Student Government Association. Some of these include the Music Club, Botany Club, Safe Spaces, KuPono, Phi Theta Kappa, and Chess Club.
