Overview

Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College, also referred to as WITC, is located in Shell Lake, Wisconsin, United States. The college was established in the year 1912 and was originally known as the Industrial, Commercial, Continuing Evening School. WITC has additional campuses in New Richmond, Ashland, Superior, and Rice Lake. It offers degrees and certificate programs, as well as technical diplomas, in the fields of accounting, finance, welding, marketing, and technical studies, among others. The college also offers several online courses for the benefit of outstation students.

Wisconsin Indianhead Technical College sponsors various student clubs and organizations. These include the Student Senate, Marketing Club, Early Childhood Association, Cosmetology Club, and Nursing Club.
