Overview
Wright State University was established in 1967 as a public university. It has several branch campuses and academic divisions under it. The Wright State University-Western Ohio Branch Campus was established in 1962. Now known as the Lake Campus of Wright State University, it sits on 173 acres of land in Celina, Ohio. More than 800 students enroll here every year.
WSU Lake Campus offers a large number of associate’s, bachelor’s and master’s degrees in various fields of study. Several certificate programs are also available.
Students at the Wright State University Lake Campus participate in clubs and organizations like the College Community Arts Council, the Business Professionals of America, Colleges Against Cancer, the Phi Theta Kappa International Honor Society, the Psychology Club, the Student Senate and the Cultural Enrichment Club. The sports teams of the institute are nicknamed the Lakers and participate in basketball, golf, volleyball and softball.
