Overview

Zane State College is located in Zanesville, Ohio, United States. It was founded on September 19, 1969, as the Muskingum Area Technical Institute. In 1972, it became Muskingum Area Technical College. On June 14, 2004, it was christened Zane State College. Before moving to its current location, Zane State College shared the campus of Ohio University-Zanesville. The college offers more than 25 associate degree programs and several certificate programs through its various academic divisions.

Zane State College is home to many student clubs and professional organizations such as the Business Professionals of America, Paralegal Club, Phi Theta Kappa, Criminal Justice Club, International Association of Administrative Professionals, Student Senate, Administrative Office Assistant Club, Information Technology Club, and Physical Therapist Assistant Club.
