"I would highly recommend it to others. The education was great."
Ratings are on a 1-10 scale
| Characteristic | Rating | Comment |
|---|---|---|
| Would Recommend? | yes | The facility was great, good location. I was able to receive a lot in financial aid. I enjoyed the people. The professors were excellent. |
| Program Reputation | 8 | It is still an excellent school. I know of others that have attended and received their degree. |
| Program Quality | 8 | It was a business college and focused on business applications. Their agenda and programs focused on business. |
| Instruction | 7 | The professors were good about assisting all of the students on a one on one basis if needed. They really cared that you succeeded. |
| How Difficult | 7 | I did have to study. It was a lot more difficult than high school but there was always help available. Being with other students that were on the same path helped. |
| Hands-On vs. Bookish | I would say it was mostly books. Accounting is rarely hands on until you reach the work force. | |
| Schedule Flexibility | 2 | If you could not take a course when it was offered, the only other option was to complete it next semester. I did not have a problem with this. I just re-arranged my schedule to get everything I needed in. |
| Academic Facilities | 6 | They had an excellent library. I am sure it is much better now with newer technology. I worked a lot in my room but also used the library. |
| Social Life | 6 | I did not belong to any groups, but there were many available. I did have a close group of friends who did belong to groups and allowed me to participate. |
| Placement Services | I did not have any experience with this. I returned to my home town after school. I did not seek their assistance. | |
| Alumni Network | 7 | I still receive information from the school. I am in touch with a few of the students who were there when I was. |
