CharacteristicRatingComment
Would Recommend?yesI already have. The support was always there which is rare.
Program Reputation5It was alright, considering it was a small class. But this was ok because we got a lot of help from the teacher.
Program Quality6The kitchen they had there was rather small. But because of this there was a lot of help.
Instruction7The teacher had a great understanding of what he was teaching. He was very attentive.
How Difficult6We would focus on one recipe for days until we would have it almost perfect. Repetition could make everything rather dull.
Hands-On vs. BookishSince it is baking, everything has to hands on. But we would read about food from other cultures.
Schedule Flexibility8For our classes you had to be there since it had to be very hands on learning. So the flexibility was not really an option.
Academic Facilities7The space was small. But there were a few teachers there for support.
Social Life5I mostly kept to myself. It's only a community college.
Placement Services3There was no job placement there. But it should be our job to find work.
Alumni Network5I mostly kept to myself, but the support was great.
