Would Recommend?yesThe job market is bad. It is not really the school's fault, so yes I would recommend it to anyone who wants to be a chef.
Program Reputation10They are a top school in culinary arts. Everyone says so.
Program Quality5I paid a lot of money to go there. And now I work at Applebee's.
Instruction10Great teachers, I learned a lot.
How Difficult5It was as hard as anywhere I suppose. I have always been a good cook so wasn't really hard for me.
Hands-On vs. BookishAlmost all hands on. They get right in your face and teach you.
Schedule Flexibility5Pretty much you have to show up on time. They are flexible if you are sick.
Academic Facilities10Great campus, amazing tools and teachers. Everything is top notch there.
Social Life10It's a wonderful school with nice people. I would love to do it all over again.
Placement Services3It could be a lot better. They didn't help much with job placement.
Alumni NetworkI have not utilized them. I don't know about any alumni.
