Would Recommend?maybeI can only recommend this based on what they wanted out of their experience.
Program Reputation5I don't think it has a very great reputation, as it is a small school.
Program Quality5The instructors were not very enthusiastic. I didn't really enjoy the curriculum.
Instruction5They weren't very enthusiastic, though they were knowledgeable.
How Difficult5The material was not challenging, but a lot of students struggled because they could not grasp the artistic part of the work. The academic part of the education is not overwhelming.
Hands-On vs. BookishFor the most part it is a good mix, maybe just a bit more textbook-based learning.
Schedule Flexibility10Their hours are extremely flexible, you can choose when you want to have your classes.
Academic Facilities5The facilities are average, but supplies are out of pocket for the most part.
Social Life4Not a lot of school spirit, either on my part or from other folks.
Placement Services4I received no help in finding my job, though others have.
Alumni Network5I don't really hear from them much. If I need help they do try.

Would Recommend?yesI loved this school. It is a great place for culinary.
Program Reputation9The reason I chose this school was because of all the wonderful things I had heard about it. I had two friends that went there.
Program Quality9The school was great. I learned more than I expected to.
Instruction9The instructors were very helpful and they taught you hands on. If you didn't understand something, they would explain it and then show you how to do it.
How Difficult8In the beginning, it was a little challenging. I loved to cook and bake, so I caught on pretty quickly.
Hands-On vs. BookishThis school was very hands on; we hardly ever used a book, other than for recipes. We were always baking or cooking something.
Schedule Flexibility10I was able to get the classes I needed to fit around my busy schedule. They were also not huge classes; they were just the right size.
Academic FacilitiesI always used the internet. I didn't really use the school resources.
Social Life9I made a lot of friends here. I didn't, however, participate in parties.
Placement ServicesI didn't use the job placement. I already had a job in culinary.
Alumni NetworkI can't really say much about the alumni program, as I haven't used it. They offer job placement, but I already had a job.
