"I was very satisfied with the UofD. Both academically and socially, I got a lot out of it. I made some of my lifelong friends while attending school there and my degree allowed me to start a successful career."

| Would Recommend? | yes | I would recommend the school for the following reasons: Delaware is centrally located on the east coast, they have a great job placement program and are well know for several technical degrees. |
| Program Reputation | 8 | I can't say that I've stayed very close to the program in the past few years. I do know they consolidated the Computer Science program into the Engineering college. |
| Program Quality | 10 | UofD provided a very challenging program in Computer Science when I attended. This helped me be prepared for a career in the Computer industry. |
| Instruction | 9 | The quality of my education was very top notch. It made me a well-prepared candidate for all jobs after graduation. |
| How Difficult | 10 | The CS program at UofD was very challenging. I worked my tail off to get the grades I achieved and it really paid off. |
| Hands-On vs. Bookish | The computer science program required a lot of time on a computer. The assignments were challenging and could only be done via hands-on independent work. | |
| Schedule Flexibility | 7 | I attended as a full time student so only needed to take classes during normal hours. I did take a few evening classes but I'm not familiar with today's schedule of classes. |
| Academic Facilities | 10 | I spent a lot of time in the library which was very conducive to studying. The computer facilities were also top notch and included a private lab accessible to CS majors. |
| Social Life | 10 | I worked hard and played hard at the UofD. The social environment was top notch. Night life was great and tailgating was a regular Saturday afternoon event in the fall for football games. |
| Placement Services | 10 | I have to admit this was top notch when I attended school. Several top companies came to campus to interview and I had many job offers as a result. |
| Alumni Network | 7 | The alumni network is very active at UofD. I'm not an active member of it but get contacted regularly. |

"Awesome professors and very affordable. The location is great also."

| Would Recommend? | yes | The price is great and the school has a lot of great professors. |
| Program Reputation | 7 | There are a considerable number of students enrolled in this major compared to what I expected. I really picked it because it was a great school overall and it was local to my office. |
| Program Quality | 6 | I spent 10 years in college. These professors have real world knowledge, but the subject material is so uncommon that there are very few teachers available in that department. |
| Instruction | 7 | The professors have real world experience. Their passion for the subject is often transferred to the more engaged students in the class (Myself Included). |
| How Difficult | 9 | The ISM major is concentrated on the combination of Business Administration with Information Technology. Often, these courses don't prepare students for real world programming. Instead, they are all theoretical and only offer introductions to actually implementing the systems. I find many students who are completely lost in BMPN and Relational models (Schemata). |
| Hands-On vs. Bookish | I find the online courses sometimes have more hands on experience than the on campus classes. I find a mix at the school. | |
| Schedule Flexibility | 10 | They have awesome schedules, including late night one night a week courses from 5:30 to 10. They also have modular courses that meet half online and half in person. |
| Academic Facilities | 7 | It's close to an airport, so they cannot build upwards very much (2 floors). The Parking Garage is unavailable, so parking is a pain. |
| Social Life | 3 | It was better at my other school - there was a whole community built around the University of Delaware. WilmU has no real community around it. |
| Placement Services | 9 | They have outstanding career fairs and actively advertise them while reaching out to local workplaces advertising these fairs. Its also free to list job openings if you work for a company. |
| Alumni Network | 5 | The school has embraced social networking wonderfully. Facebook also makes for a great connection tool, as does LinkedIn. |
