Ratings are on a 1-10 scale

CharacteristicRatingComment
Would Recommend?yesThey provided some business experience and fashion runway experience. They had different forms of design opportunities besides fashion, including stage costumes.
Program Reputation1I have had several people comment about the school but not the program specifically. Most people know the school on the basis of the band and football team.
Program Quality10The professors had field experience. The Program was hands on.
Instruction10Professors were very experienced in the field of their study. The instruction was not taught by teaching assistants.
How Difficult5I think it had a lot to do with my interest in the industry that made my classes easy. The professors were very entertaining and made learning easy.
Hands-On vs. BookishThey always encouraged work in the studio. We were required to run our own runway show for our senior year.
Schedule Flexibility1Flexibility is considered and enriched the overall college experience. It was hard to have a job to work around the classes that were specifically needed for the major.
Academic Facilities8There was an amazing art studio for projects. There were also a lot of productions to help make and sew costumes for.
Social Life10The football games were amazing and student tickets were easy to sell to the public for extra money. The Greek system was run well.
Placement Services1There is no resume service provided. They strongly push you to go to grad school but do not aid in getting a job after your Bachelor's.
Alumni Network1There are no support groups provided after graduation. The career services office lacked expertise.
