| Would Recommend? | yes | I would definitely recommend this school to others. The school offers a great experience to those who are really willing to experience it. |
| Program Reputation | 7 | The school has received mixed reviews about their academic services. They also remain at the top for the services they provide. |
| Program Quality | 8 | The school I attended was great in academics, but they lacked organization and communication. Overall, the school was great. |
| Instruction | 9 | The instructors were very knowledgeable. They just had a very high turnover. |
| How Difficult | 8 | The program was not difficult to me, as it came natural to me. However, others did have some difficulties. |
| Hands-On vs. Bookish | The school provided a really good mix between hands on and book learning. Most of the chapters in the book had a hands-on activity to go with it. | |
| Schedule Flexibility | 8 | The school was very flexible with scheduling, and they allowed days or time off when needed. I never had a problem with attendance. |
| Academic Facilities | 5 | The school provided all the supplies needed. The space provided for labs seemed crowded at times. |
| Social Life | 10 | The school had great social interaction. They also organized many social events for the school and public. |
| Placement Services | 1 | The school did not have much of a career placement program. The school only checked up to see if and where you were working. |
| Alumni Network | 4 | I have not had much contact with the school since graduating. The school did not have much of a career placement program. |

"I thoroughly enjoyed my learning experience at this school. I feel that I was very well prepared for a career in cosmetology."
Ratings are on a 1-10 scale
| Characteristic | Rating | Comment |

| Would Recommend? | yes | The cost of tuition for this school is the cheapest in this area and financial aid is available. The education and experience at this school is priceless. |
| Program Reputation | 10 | I would say that a year long waiting list to get into the cosmetology course at my school speaks highly of the program's reputation. The cosmetology program also has a large client base due to its reputation which provides students with many opportunities for hands on experience. |
| Program Quality | 10 | I received plenty of hands on training which better prepared me for my career. My instructor was very knowledgeable of the profession and provided as much one-on-one teaching as needed to help me develop my skills. |
| Instruction | 10 | I feel that I was very well prepared to begin my career with confidence because of the many opportunities to work with real clients in the program under the supervision of my instructor. I feel that my course material fully covered everything that I needed to know to be successful in my career. |
| How Difficult | 7 | The program is not difficult or impossible to complete. However, it is somewhat challenging to stay caught up on all the bookwork and prepare for tests while also working on competency/skill sheets without falling too far behind. |
| Hands-On vs. Bookish | There is definitely plenty of opportunity for hands on experience at this school and it is the greater part of the curriculum. But there is also a good amount of book learning and basic academic skills to be completed. | |
| Schedule Flexibility | 1 | The class schedule is 7:45am - 2:15pm Monday thru Friday. Night, evening, weekend, and online classes are not offered, nor are classes available during breaks from school. |
| Academic Facilities | 10 | Any resource possibly needed is available. Instructors are always available and willing to help. |
| Social Life | My social experience at my school was excellent. However, because it is a vocational school, traditional college social experiences are not a part of this school. | |
| Placement Services | 10 | We were informed by our instructor of the many options we have in our career field and provided coursework and assistance in preparing a resume and improving interview skills. There is also a job board located in the hallway of the school where job openings are posted. Additionally, recruiters are invited to the school to speak with students about job opportunities. |
| Alumni Network | 10 | I developed many strong friendships in my school. Everyone in my school was encouraging, understanding, and supportive. |
