Would Recommend?yesIf you don't mind the frigid winters, WMU can really be a great place to get your degree. People are friendly, the tuition is cheap, and parties are very wild.
Program Reputation8I have not had the opportunity to check in on their status today. However, it can be assumed they still have a dynamic program.
Program Quality7The education I received was excellent. All of my classmates had their own views and styles; this provided excellent influence for my future.
Instruction8From what I learned in class and how I handle customers, it all balances out rather well. I know the ins and outs, the liabilities and benefits from showing my skill.
How Difficult8It was a party school, so balancing out work and fun was a bit of a juggle. However, diligence paid off in the long run during study nights.
Hands-On vs. BookishIt was a mixture of book and street smarts. You'd go hands on one day and read a boat load the next.
Schedule Flexibility9Working at your own pace, the classes made life very simple. I had fun on my own terms and loved every class.
Academic Facilities6School halls were a little aged. Students were amazing, but the buildings showed their wear and tear.
Social Life8The recreational center was amazing. Also, it's a gorgeous campus in the summer.
Placement Services7It was rather rough to find a good job at first. However, this is not the school's fault; the economy has a lot of the blame.
Alumni Network9The faculty was extremely nice and helpful. They knew what they were talking about, which was a major benefit.
