The Certified Master Logistician (CML) and Certified Professional Logistician (CPL) certifications are offered by the International Society of Logistics.

  • Financial Aid - What types of financial aid are available? Has the school been approved to provide federal financial aid?
  • Accreditation - Is the school accredited by an agency which has been approved by the United States Department of Education or the Council for Higher Education?

Logisticians Job Description

Logisticians have an important role in an organization. They're responsible for the complete life cycle of a product including acquisition, distribution, internal allocation, delivery of the product and the final disposal of resources. Logistics coordinators collaborate with customers' representatives that are involved with logistics activity. They sometimes alter the plan for the movement of goods in order to minimize costs and maximize value.

  • Oversee availability and allocation of materials, supplies and finished products
  • Oversee the compilation and evaluation of technical data that is used for product development
