Would Recommend?yesAuburn is a great school, especially if you're looking for something inside the state of Alabama. The business school is great and caters to all areas of business, from marketing to finance.
Program Reputation6I don't know that Auburn has a superior reputation for business school, but I think it has a slightly above average perception among most state schools.
Program Quality8Auburn has a great business program. The educators have diverse backgrounds.
Instruction8The instructors were informative. I do wish there had been more career preparation for post-graduation.
How Difficult7Overall I didn't find the program too difficult. I was able to make As and Bs without too much extra effort.
Hands-On vs. BookishThe curriculum was largely classroom based. We did not get any real-world experience or training unless you participated in an internship, which I did not.
Schedule Flexibility7Being a state university, the course times were pretty standard. At the time there were no online options.
Academic Facilities8I felt like I had plenty of resources and places to study. I used the library and computer labs frequently.
Social Life8Auburn has a great atmosphere. Student life and sports are a major part of the culture.
Placement Services4The school helped line up some interviews with major institutions. I didn't feel there was much preparation for interviewing or career training.
Alumni Network5I haven't utilized the alumni network. It's probably more helpful if you stay local to the Southeast.
