"I was satisfied with all of the people that I was able to meet. The crime in the city is very bad, and the schooling almost helped me a little bit as far as intelligence."

Would Recommend?yesPlease make sure that you take your internships seriously.
Program Reputation8It's got a good rapport among students because they all know how much of a joke it really is. You can party all week long without studying and still make good grades.
Program Quality5The classes and professors at the school were good since they have experience in the field. They failed to inform me on how the economy would effect my choice of degree, however.
Instruction6I gave it an above average rating since I liked some of my professors. Some teachers were either too slack or didn't seem to care, but others actually were passionate.
How Difficult1I hardly had to study at all for any of my coursework. The material was not challenging at all to me and without studying I still kept my scholarships and a 3+ GPA.
Hands-On vs. BookishMost of the work that you do in this major can be learned by anyone. You could get the book, not go to any classes, get a syllabus and know what chapters you will be tested on, study the book and you'll pass.
Schedule Flexibility10If you do things right your first year and become accustomed to your advisor and what courses you will need, then you should be able to have a good schedule. There are numerous classes on different topics, and if you put in the effort to enroll early, you can have it made.
Academic Facilities10Our library is the biggest one in the state of South Carolina and the people who work there are extremely nice and willing to help. Professors are very accessible but it is up to you to get out there and make the effort to talk to them.
Social Life8This would get an extremely good rating if it weren't for all of the frats who made me feel judged. There is this aura in the air of money and if you don't have any, please prepare to be spat on. People at this school are very judgmental, and even though I'm from the south, I hate everything to do with them. I ended up meeting some northerners who weren't so judgmental my junior year, and they made my college experience amazing. Southern frats and sororities are the reason people are judged at this school, but in the end these people are the ones who look bad.
Placement Services8The job placement and career services are very willing to help. But if you choose an easy major, things will be tough. It's hard for them to locate work for sport management majors, so I can't really judge the people running the programs.
Alumni Network4They never instructed us on how to connect with our alumni. I may have given it a better rating if they had instructed us on how to do so.

"I was very satisfied with Limestone's virtual program. If not for their ability to allow me to take the classes at night virtually, I would have never been able to complete my degree."

Would Recommend?yesLimestone College is very flexible with class times, due to their virtual program. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to a student.
Program Reputation8I imagine that they wouldn't be rated as high as Clemson or USC as far as prestige, in the public's eye. I still would go to Limestone, though, if I had to choose a school over again.
Program Quality10I loved going to Limestone's virtual program. The only class I couldn't take online was speech class, and that was still enjoyable, even though I was dreading it.
Instruction10The teachers were always available via email or by phone. Virtual classes were very clear about how to turn in assignments.
How Difficult9There was lots of math involved. I think math is usually trouble for some folks, but I'm pretty good at it.
Hands-On vs. BookishThere was not a lot of ability to works hands on, other than some of the website classes where we coded sites. Java was hands on. The networking portion was mostly book-related at the time.
Schedule Flexibility10Limestone was completely flexible. This was a result of their 99% virtual program.
Academic Facilities10Professors were always available. There were forums for student discussion.
Social Life4Due to the program being virtual, I would have to say that the social aspect was lacking. At the time, Facebook had not yet become popular, so perhaps that has changed now.
Placement Services4I don't recall any mention of job placement. I was a middle-aged student who already had a job, so it's a possibility they focused on younger students for entry-level things.
Alumni Network8I know they have an alumni network, but I don't have much experience with it. I have not attended any meetings or donated.
