Would Recommend?yesIt is a good program at a good school. And, the professional connections are very helpful.
Program Reputation7The school is better known for other majors. Still, this is a quality program.
Program Quality8U of D provided good clinical experience. They also have great professors.
Instruction8The professors/ clinicians were good at identifying strengths and capitalizing on them. They were also approachable.
How Difficult7It was challenging, but interesting. The research was applied well.
Hands-On vs. BookishPhysical therapy study has to be hands on. The university did a great job of focusing on skill while implementing theory.
Schedule Flexibility3This is a full time program. Classes are held weekdays only.
Academic Facilities8The clinical experience was fabulous. The classrooms are updated and well maintained.
Social Life6As a grad student, there were less social connections than there were for undergrads. Still, I felt a connection to the student body.
Placement Services10They placed me in a great practice for clinical work. Then, the alumni network helped me land my current job.
Alumni Network10Locally, U of D has a great alumni network. I got my current job through other U of D graduates.
