Would Recommend?yesAbsolutely. It's a legit school.
Program Reputation10They're known for their business programs. They offer associates, BA, and masters degree in this field.
Program Quality9I obtained my BA of Science already at Colorado Technical University. I'm now back to get my Masters. I like the quality of their staff.
Instruction10
How Difficult10It involves lots of statistics (not my favorite courses). It's challenging but its where the money lies.
Hands-On vs. BookishI take online courses, so it's book based. However, there are online forums and classes along with them.
Schedule Flexibility2Not flexible at all. They expect high attendance and will look down a you if you're not in class.
Academic FacilitiesI'm assuming on campus is ok. I'm taking online courses so I wouldn't be aware.
Social Life7There are online clubs available. I have tried a couple and enjoyed them.
Placement Services10They have excellent services available. They have a resume builder that has really assisted me in preparing my resume.
Alumni Network10They seem to always have programs for alumni to attend. The support system is great looking for careers - they will assist you in your search.

Would Recommend?maybeLike I said before I don't work in the field that I studied and instead am working in PR for a record label. I'm close to the arts but not directly involved, so I'm not sure I would recommend the school to someone interested in this kind of work.
Program Reputation8In last year's top 25 film schools in the world my school ranked number 24. We were partnered with the Colorado Film School and that was a major plus.
Program Quality9It was a very good program for my major. I was allowed a lot of freedom in the creative realm and my professors were of the highest caliber. I'm very satisfied with my degree and am very glad I went to school where I did.
Instruction7There's always a few bad apples in the teaching world. Most of my professors were very good and attentive and progressive. There were a few exception where I felt my professors, one in particular, might have been a little under qualified.
How Difficult7The program definitely presented challenges, but they were always challenges that helped better me. I feel like when things were more difficult I learned more.
Hands-On vs. BookishMy program was very hands on. They got us out and operating things like you would in a real world work environment. It was all about doing and very little was about reading and taking tests. It was all project based.
Schedule Flexibility9I took a lot of summer courses while in school. I also took 3 courses that ran 3 weekends out of the semester. And finally I took a course open campus style where I met with the teacher every couple weeks. I took some online classes too.
Academic Facilities8While I was in school they dumped around $250,000 into new equipment and facilities. I could have a tutor whenever I needed one, although I never did.
Social Life7Most of the social aspects of this school were outside of the realm of school. I did meet some life long friends from this school but all in all there wasn't much. There are no sports teams and it is a commuter campus in a large city, and therefore nobody really lives on campus. I started school when I was 22 and I finished at 26, so I was a bit older than most.
Placement Services6Like I said before my friends that went to trade schools had better career placement programs. I haven't researched what UCD offers but I'm sure it's nothing too special. Just above average.
Alumni Network7Although I haven't utilized this avenue for any job I must say that the structure in which they provide support after graduation is above average. Some of my friends that went to trade schools seem to have more help with finding jobs, etc. after school but I think that if I really needed help I could count on my school to lend a hand.
