Would Recommend?yesThe university is a great choice for a student seeking a traditional experience. The programs are great and the location is fantastic. It is an all-around amazing school.
Program Reputation8The school is considered one of the top schools in the state. The law school is nationally ranked, and the school is regionally accredited.
Program Quality8I enjoyed my school, which made me enjoy what I was learning. I do, however, wish I had chosen a different program.
Instruction9I had teachers who were really amazing and provided depth to the topics. I also had some instructors who made going to class a struggle.
How Difficult7Once I knew the psychology theories that had been around for a long time, it was rather easy. I did struggle with the year-long research study I did.
Hands-On vs. BookishThis really depended on the type of classes one was attending. I did a lot of hands on in the science classes, but not as much in history or theory-based classes.
Schedule Flexibility3The only flexibility option was choosing our own courses.
Academic Facilities7The university had great equipment. However, finding where to go to be able to access the resources needed some help.
Social Life10The social scene at the University of Idaho was amazing. I met a lot of people and made lifelong friends. We might not have the best sports teams, but we love them anyway!
Placement Services1Career placement was nonexistent. However, I did not expect to be placed, as I attended a traditional university.
Alumni Network8They have events in the town I currently live in. I get letters in the mail from them.
