CharacteristicRatingComment
Would Recommend?yesIt was 1998 when I attended so I am sure things have been improved since I was there.
Program Reputation5The reputation of the school is good. It is affordable for people.
Program Quality8The classes I took prepared me for my career. The choice of classes were a good variety.
Instruction5Overall, the professors were very good. You could tell that they were there because they wanted to share information.
How Difficult4The overall curriculum was good for the field. The course work was somewhat challenging at times.
Hands-On vs. BookishThe majority of the professors used books as a resource. However, it did get aggravating when you would purchase books for the class only to find they were hardly used.
Schedule Flexibility10The flexibility of the school is outstanding. If you are a working student, you can still take classes in a variety of ways.
Academic Facilities5Academic facilities were average. Accessibility for professors was good.
Social Life5Being a community college, a lot of the normal events and activities were not offered as they would at a 4 year university.
Placement Services4The school had a career service. However, I don't know of anyone that used them.
Alumni Network1Once you graduate, the communication stops. There is no contact after you graduate.
