Would Recommend?yesIt's small so you get to recognize everyone and you don't get lost. However, it still has tons of opportunities for fun.
Program Reputation8Their education program is respected. The program has strict GPA standards, which makes sure only the best leave with that degree.
Program Quality9I loved the small school atmosphere where you know everyone. I also liked the extra curricular sports and activities they offered.
Instruction8My math classes were great and I learned a lot. However, in their secondary education program they lacked a little. They didn't have us take a behavior management course and I think that would have been helpful.
How Difficult5I found the classes to be easy for the most part. The higher level math classes, though, were very difficult.
Hands-On vs. BookishIt depended on what department the class was for. Math classes were very note taking/text book learning oriented. Education classes were much more innovative.
Schedule Flexibility7They do not offer online courses. However, there are day and night courses 2 or 3 times a week, but others are 3 hour long, one night a week courses.
Academic Facilities8There are tutoring services through the college as well as specialized tutoring for tougher subjects like math and science. There are computers in every building for students' use.
Social Life10It was great playing softball to get involved socially. There were also volunteer opportunities.
Placement Services10There are tons of job fairs both on and off campus that they make students aware of. They also bring recruiters on campus and set up student interviews.
Alumni Network9Though I've never used the support I am constantly getting emails and communications. They always offer their career services to help alumni with resumes and job searches.
